Luke was exceptional in his work. I was facing a very troublesome situation with an unpleasant guest who overstayed the welcome, made a mess, and caused a lot of damage. After months of waiting, I finally managed to get her out and hired professionals to clean the place. Luke arrived towards the end of the cleaning process and did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets, even the pet messes, and steamed the tile floors to perfection. This saved me a considerable amount of money that I would have had to spend on replacing the carpets immediately.
