While there were some slight communication issues that arose, they were addressed and resolved promptly upon notification. Despite the occasional language barriers due to the large size of their team, Dror and Ely were always available to quickly address any concerns. Rema and Jessie were especially dedicated, tirelessly researching and suggesting materials to improve the project. The crew worked diligently every day, including Sundays. When a death in my family occurred, LIA Construction was understanding and respectful, allowing a few days off to grieve. They completed a comprehensive home renovation, which included removing three walls to create an open floor plan between the living room, great room, and kitchen. The master bath, guest bath, and powder room were entirely remodeled, and a new kitchen was installed, featuring custom cabinets and a 12' by 6' island with built-in appliances. Additionally, they installed 3,000 sq. ft of floor tile, retrofitted an LED lighting system throughout the house, and repainted the entire interior. Throughout the project, LIA Construction respected our living space and worked with us daily to ensure minimal disruption. They completed the project on time and within budget, even during challenging times. Our home has been transformed, and we couldn't be more satisfied.
