Our quad Plex property is up for sale and during the appraisal, the appraiser had difficulty accessing one of the four units due to the tenant being out of town. We immediately reached out to Luis and explained the situation, emphasizing the need for a lockbox and key to be installed in order to access the unit before the appraiser left. This was crucial for us to avoid any delays in the selling process. Luis was quick to respond, assuring us that he was on his way and would arrive within the next 30-45 minutes. Thanks to his prompt assistance, he successfully installed a lockbox and left a copy of the key which allowed the appraiser to access the unit.
