Luis arrived punctually (and even earlier than anticipated) and efficiently replaced the toilet's shutoff valve. He proceeded to inspect the kitchen sink, which had been intermittently clogging over the years. Initially, snaking failed to resolve the issue, so he arranged to return later in the evening (due to my prior commitments) with more powerful tools. Despite working in diminishing light, Luis persevered and tried numerous approaches (because it appeared the obstruction was further down the line), ultimately resolving the blockage. He displayed both skill and determination, diligently tending to the exterior of the house and verifying that everything was functioning correctly. I wholeheartedly endorse his work and will engage him for future projects, as well as recommending him to my kin and peers. Though I could share a video showcasing the sink's smooth operation, I believe my description suffices!
