We had an excellent experience with our movers today. Unfortunately, their arrival was delayed due to an unexpected snowfall overnight, which was beyond their control. However, they were extremely apologetic and started working right away. Mark, Anibal (Jose), and Ruslan were incredibly efficient and worked at an impressive speed without compromising on the quality of their work. They took exceptional care of our belongings, and everything was wrapped up meticulously. Mark adeptly communicated with his team and kept us informed at all times, completing the job in less time than estimated. Additionally, Jose's competent driving skills were commendable, especially in navigating the tricky Salem neighborhood. Our relocation from Salem, MA to Maryland required us to cover a great distance. Amongst all the movers in the locality, Lexel proposed the best deal, with the lowest rate. The move commenced on a Tuesday morning, and by the following day, they had successfully transported all our belongings to our new abode. Their personnel displayed utmost civility and pleasantries. They handled the dismantling of furniture with caution, and reassembled it with precision. Additionally, all the furnishings were meticulously wrapped and none suffered any major damage.
