I returned to California in 2016 to pursue an entrepreneurial path, starting with a kombucha business before transitioning into consulting work for big brands. In 2019, I launched a food business, despite the challenges of the pandemic, and have successfully sold my products to stores in San Diego and clients throughout the country.
