My WIFI had been causing me major problems until the technician identified that the culprit was my router. She suggested the ideal replacement for my home, installed it, and since then my WIFI has been running flawlessly, with no hiccups whatsoever. In fact, even my cell phone is now performing better with the new router. I can't praise the technician enough for her excellent work, as she was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
