For more than a month, I've been regularly exercising with Cam, and I'm grateful to have discovered him! Punctual and accommodating, he readily adjusts our sessions when I need to cancel due to trips or other engagements. Cam makes note of the exercises I enjoy and incorporates them into our workout routine. He also identifies exercises I don't like and offers effective substitutes. Keeping tabs on the weights I lift helps me to progress smoothly in my fitness goals. Moreover, he consistently broadens his knowledge of new exercises and techniques to enhance our sessions.
