Less promised me that he would call before mowing, and he kept his word. Unfortunately, my wife had already arranged for another company to take care of our lawn, so I had to decline his offer. However, when the other company didn't show up, I reached out to Less again. He informed me that he wasn't taking on any more jobs that day due to expected rainfall, which did occur. Instead, he scheduled me for the following day. I left the payment in a secure spot, which he retrieved later, and he lived up to everything he had promised. Dealing with him was a breeze, and the work he did was exceptional. There's no reason why I wouldn't want to continue using his services throughout the summer.
