Our meeting was graced with Chef Leon's incredible dinner! He impressed us with his professional demeanor from the very beginning till the end of the service. Chef Leon and his staff were exceptional! Their hospitality and engagement made for a delightful experience, and he was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The way Chef Leon and his assistant created the diverse dishes in front of us was both impressive and enjoyable. Additionally, Vlad, one of the staff members, provided excellent service as a bartender and server.
The food was beyond amazing and delicious! The tuna tartar with Creme Fraiche and caviar was a universal favorite, as well as the unique Smoked Watermelon with lime zest and Pop Rocks! The salad featured glazed pears, beets, and burrata, which was both visually delightful and scrumptious. For the main course, the Miso Glazed Sea Bass with mushy green peas, parmesan cream, and bok choy was tastefully presented and adored by all. The Chocolate Lava Cake was unanimously agreed upon as one of the best we had ever consumed.
Overall, Chef Leon and his crew created an unforgettable experience that we will always cherish, and we would certainly hire him again!

He possessed superb communication skills, and I guarantee that you would want to book him again. Chef Leon, thank you for hosting my bachelor party; everyone had a wonderful time enjoying your delicious meals and your great company. Personally, I was thoroughly impressed by your truffle risotto, and I would love it if you could share the recipe with me.
