Their response time to accommodate my move out clean was impressive, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed with their service. Despite their earlier assurances that they would provide me with their best cleaners, two young men showed up to perform the deep clean. To avoid any confusion, I sent them a comprehensive list of my cleaning requirements. However, after their departure, I discovered that certain areas were still dirty. I had to reach out to the manager, who eventually dispatched the cleaners again, with me hovering behind them every step of the way. I regret to say that I won't be availing of their services again.
