Their customer service is exceptional. Although I do not recall the name of the representative who assisted me, she exemplified kindness and professionalism while requesting my accounting records. Soon after, an auditor was assigned to me and reviewed my records, successfully resolving the $7,000 tax notice I had received from the IRS. As a stay-at-home mom with part-time work, I knew this notice could not be correct. Fortunately, the auditor was able to clarify any confusion and correct the mistake with the IRS. Two days later, I received a call from an IRS agent who apologized for the error.
