The customer service provided by Legacy Tax Resolution Service is excellent. Although I cannot recall the name of the person I spoke to, she was incredibly courteous and pleasant when I requested my accounting records. They assigned me to one of their auditors, who went through my records and resolved the tax notice that I had received in the mail.
The notice stated that I owed unpaid taxes of $7,000 to the IRS, which was impossible since I was just a part-time stay-at-home mom. However, the kind auditor on the phone asked me for more information and promised to help sort out the issue.
Within two days, I received a call from an IRS agent who apologized for the mistake. Overall, my experience with Legacy Tax Resolution Service was remarkable, and I am grateful for their help.
