I had no trouble booking regular maintenance for my heat pump, and the technician Isaiah was fantastic. He patiently answered all my questions about the process and even replaced the filters in my house upon request. Isaiah also demonstrated how to change the batteries in my thermostat and had the necessary replacement parts on hand to fix the issue with my heat pump.
