Legacy Roofing

On July 24th, I made a call to inquire about a roofing estimate. Within the hour, Josh arrived to conduct a thorough roof inspection and offer an estimate. He even took meticulous pictures of the roofing problems and showed me what needed attention.

Josh and Don, the owners, are both highly kind and supportive individuals. They prioritize providing customers with the most advantageous bargain, as evidenced by them slicing me a deal when my insurance would only cover 75% of my rooftop replacement. I was unable to sell my home in its current state, but Josh kindly cooperated with me and made the necessary adjustments. Additionally, they exhibited remarkable speed in their work, further adding to their commendable qualities.

Beginning with our initial bid process, all the way through installation, clean up, and a follow up check, our experience with Legacy Roofing was excellent. Their bid was extremely detailed, which prompted other contractors to clarify their own bids. We found Legacy's bid to be more favorable than the others, with the exception of one questionable contractor. Although scheduling was initially complicated due to our need to have solar panels removed and replaced, in addition to inclement weather, Legacy coordinated with our solar installer to ensure a seamless process. The dumpster arrived on schedule, and the crew was both prompt and hardworking, finishing the job within the advertised three days. The new roof looks stunning, and the team did an exceptional job cleaning up debris. While we had some initial concerns about a couple of spots on the roof, the follow up check put our worries to rest. The Legacy team ensured that the roof was installed properly, and we are thrilled with the results. We only have a few minor repairs to make to some of the trim, as our previous roof was not installed correctly, and some of the 100 year old trim on our home was brittle and water damaged. Overall, Legacy went above and beyond our expectations, and we're grateful for their hard work.

The customer service was exceptional as they made it to a last-minute appointment. The expertise provided was crucial in evaluating the property's worth and negotiating its purchase price. I strongly endorse them and intend to rely on them for all future roofing requirements.
