Today, we had Joe come over to clean both our carpet and tile, and I must say, he made it all seem effortless. Throughout the entire process, Joe was personable yet still maintained a professional demeanor, and our floors now look brand new and just shine. My wife and I are thrilled with the results and plan on having them come back to clean our sofa as well. Joe's services were truly amazing! I regret not taking photos of my carpet beforehand; it appeared as if a bustling Starbucks had spilled their lattes in every corner of my home, and I am not exaggerating much. However, presently my carpet is spotless!
Furthermore, Joe-assisted in deep cleaning the upholstery on my thrift store couches and chairs, which previously had a dirty, musky scent. They now look new and radiate a pleasant smell.
Undoubtedly, both Joe and Legacy have gained me as a customer for a lifetime!

Please note that this review pertains to the services provided on October 8, 2016. Disregard our previous review. We must commend Joe for promptly addressing the problem the very next day. We originally opted for surface cleaning, but our carpet had deep coffee stains that required special attention. Joe explained the need for a deeper clean and proceeded to conduct a spot extraction and stain removal, all free of charge. The results were fantastic and we are extremely delighted with his work. We plan on calling Joe back for a deep clean in the future. Thank you, Joe, for your exceptional service.
