Learn Music from a Pro! Jeff Brent (online only)

In April of 2022, I started taking guitar lessons with Jeff Brent. At 76 years old, I didn't think it was possible for me to learn the guitar. My previous attempts at self-teaching only led to bad habits. However, after hearing about CrackerJack, I decided to give it a try. There were multiple instructors to choose from, but I ultimately selected Jeff because he introduced himself as a professional musician and promised to teach music from that perspective. Jeff's lessons are engaging and simple to follow. He is always punctual and patient, even when I couldn't attend a session and needed to make it up at a later time. As a student, I feel that Jeff is devoted to my progress and that he has the skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm to impart musical skills to students of any age. I am truly grateful that I chose Jeff Brent as my guitar instructor, and he has without a doubt earned the title of "Pro". I would choose him again as an instructor and highly recommend him to others. Thank you.

Although I've been strumming the guitar on and off since my teenage years, I am self-taught and lacked knowledge of how to create a melody or construct a song. However, Jeff has remarkably transformed my understanding of music theory in a way that I can instantly apply. Alongside his helpful backing tracks, Jeff uses practical examples from popular and classic tunes in his lessons to tie the pieces together. Moreover, with his vast knowledge of world music and music history amassed from his years of performing around the globe, Jeff adds an added dimension to the learning experience. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff as an excellent guitar instructor.

For slightly over a year, Jeff has been my tutor, and I am not only acquiring diverse skills in playing the guitar but also enjoying myself greatly! Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, utilizing vast music and performance experience to provide examples, anecdotes, practice techniques, and other advice. Even my companion is considering enrolling for bass classes! Whether you're a novice or an expert, I strongly advise Jeff for all music lessons.
