Joan has proven to be an excellent resource in assisting us with the understanding and training of our puppy. Her reassuring and helpful demeanor has made the process much smoother. Additionally, Joan was kind enough to loan us a harness, which saved us the expense of having to purchase one that our puppy would soon outgrow. Furthermore, Joan is always quick to respond to any questions we may have, and she also confirms our appointments the day prior.

Joan is amazing! Her proficiency and rapport with our goldendoodle were remarkable. We enlisted in the three-session program for our 6-month-old goldendoodle to teach him how to walk on the leash. Working with Joan has been an exceptional experience as she is an outstanding personality. Her teaching skills have a remarkable effect on the dogs. Despite doubts, we presumed our 9-year-old dog would never accept the new puppy.
