In the past, I've struggled with traditional gym and personal training structures because I lack the discipline to hold myself accountable. However, I've found that having an at-home trainer has made all the difference. With someone coming to my house, I can't just skip a workout or cancel last-minute. She's all about adapting and adjusting, and is careful to listen to what your body needs while also pushing you to improve.
Lea keeps track of your progress with 6-week assessments, and let me tell you, I've seen amazing progress since I started working with her. She's helped me build better habits and make important lifestyle changes, like drinking more water and eating nutritiously. She checks in with me regularly to make sure I'm staying on track.
On top of all that, she is an absolute joy to work with and has a wealth of fitness knowledge. I can't recommend her highly enough. I plan to continue working with her for as long as possible, and if you have the opportunity to work with her, don't hesitate - you deserve a trainer like Lea! 💪
