In the past, I've struggled with traditional gym and personal training structures because I lack the discipline to hold myself accountable. However, I've found that having an at-home trainer has made all the difference. With someone coming to my house, I can't just skip a workout or cancel last-minute. It's a no-excuses approach that has allowed me to consistently work out twice a week for the past three months, with only a couple of vacation weeks as exceptions. But let me tell you about my trainer, Lea. She is absolutely phenomenal. I wish I were exaggerating when I say that she is a gift from God. Not only does she have the best rates in the area, but she's also incredibly reliable - always showing up on time, confirming appointments beforehand, and accommodating any schedule changes. Her communication is excellent and she offers a lot of encouragement and empathy, meeting you where you are and designing workouts tailored to your needs. She's all about adapting and adjusting, and is careful to listen to what your body needs while also pushing you to improve. Lea keeps track of your progress with 6-week assessments, and let me tell you, I've seen amazing progress since I started working with her. She's helped me build better habits and make important lifestyle changes, like drinking more water and eating nutritiously. She checks in with me regularly to make sure I'm staying on track. On top of all that, she is an absolute joy to work with and has a wealth of fitness knowledge. I can't recommend her highly enough. I plan to continue working with her for as long as possible, and if you have the opportunity to work with her, don't hesitate - you deserve a trainer like Lea! 💪

In May of 2018, I began training with Lea as my Personal Trainer in order to enhance my strength and attain weight loss. With one session per week, I experienced rapid and notable results, observing my ongoing progress. Lea's method of highly professional and customized approach is remarkable and I strongly recommend her sessions. Over the course of two years, I have lost 7 kilograms and continued to engage in Lea's exercises weekly.
