We offer drafting and 3D modeling services for individuals, architects, engineers, builders, and steel fabricators but do not stamp or seal drawings for permit. We are not general contractors, but we can collaborate with your builder professional as their drafting department team or an extension of their CAD department.
For all your 2D drafting projects, we are adept at using AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat PDF, and Bluebeam. When it comes to your architectural and structural 3D modeling needs, our experienced Revit users can deliver. We also possess the necessary skills to handle all your steel fabrication 3D modeling and steel detailing shop drawing projects using Advanced Steel.

When I wanted to add a storage container to my property, the city required me to have a site plan before they would approve a permit. I was unsure of what to do but knew I needed an Architect who was local. I found three Architects in my town and sent them the necessary information. Luis from LBD Services CAD Drafting and BIM modeling responded within 30 minutes and offered a reasonable price. He patiently listened to my requirements and explained everything I needed. He created a rough draft, which we went back and forth on until it was perfect. After paying half of the fee, Luis began the project and completed it within two days. He followed up with me and sent me the completed site plan with detailed instructions. I paid the balance owed and was pleased with his work. I highly recommend his services.
