LB Flooring exceeded my expectations with their exceptional performance. Initially, I engaged them to rectify the water leakage issues from my two balconies and to upgrade my kitchen backsplash. For the balconies, their work involved dismantling the existing leaking floors to reach the subfloor, waterproofing with massive membranes, constructing with abundant concrete, installing fresh drains, and tiling both. Furthermore, they replaced over 70 square feet of the backsplash in my exceptional kitchen design, which turned out to be fantastic. Their post-project cleanup was so thorough that it seemed like nobody ever worked on the site. I plan to engage them soon for my master bathroom renovation job!

To revamp our bath tub, we demolished the old garden tub and installed a new, free standing one. The tub was originally within a boxed deck, which necessitated tiling the 8 x 4 area on the floor and behind the tub. However, we had a difficult time finding tiles that matched with the existing floor. Fortunately, Leo provided us with imaginative suggestions for integrating the area into the rest of the bathroom. We ultimately decided on Carrara marble tiles in a 3x6 size for both the floor and wall. Throughout the project, Leo was punctual, professional, and excellent at communication. He kept us informed on every step of the process and provided guidance on materials and budget. Additionally, he ensured that the area was left clean each day. Leo was also very accommodating of our schedule constraints. Although we considered other tile installers, we are extremely pleased that we chose LB Flooring, and recommend Leo for anyone in need of tile work.

Leo and his team did an excellent job renovating our bathroom and guiding us throughout the entire process. I had no idea that bathroom renovation could be so complex!
