The vast majority of this can be conducted online or by phone, but I'm happy to schedule an in-person meeting at my office, or come to your location within the Austin area for an additional fee of $250 per meeting. If you require probate for a will that's been properly written and signed without any contested issues among beneficiaries or creditors, the cost is only $2500, plus court and newspaper advertisement fees of $600.
