John O'Brien is always quick to respond and completes tasks promptly whenever we require assistance. Regrettably, the process of negotiating the use and occupancy agreement with the seller was challenging. No proactive steps were taken towards resolving our issues and we did not receive proper guidance concerning possible condo conversions. Our current attorney suggests that this matter should be appropriately addressed during the purchase and sale process. However, I find it more pressing to mention that the buyer's name was misspelled on the deed by the seller. Obtaining an affidavit of scrivener error took nearly two months due to this error. Since John O'Brien was unable to persuade the seller's attorney to sign a corrected deed, I was left with only the affidavit of scrivener error.
