Jeanine exceeded our expectations in assisting my wife and me with our honeymoon. Despite getting married in June 2020 during the height of COVID-19, we were fortunate enough to have our wedding. However, our honeymoon was cancelled, leaving us feeling disheartened. That's where Jeanine came in; two years later, she aided me in surprising my partner by making our dream honeymoon a reality. Jeanine contributed throughout the planning ordeal, even when things went wrong. Our 5 am flight was unexpectedly cancelled eight hours before takeoff, but Jeanine did not let us down. She spent three hours on the phone with us and the airlines, fighting hard to ensure that our honeymoon was not ruined. Jeanine demonstrated exceptional customer service, as she went above and beyond our expectations, staying up until midnight working with the agencies to make sure all our needs were met.
