Suuz is amazing! I have attended her Qigong classes for approximately two months, and I am enamored with it! Suuz is an excellent instructor who specializes in individualizing classes according to the fitness levels of each student. Her studio, located in the heart of South End, is the most adorable in the world, and her class schedules are highly appealing.
