If it were possible, Hannah would receive a perfect 10 stars from me. I would have selected all available options to express my appreciation for her exceptional work. Out of all the piano tuners I contacted, Hannah was the only one who promptly responded and arrived exactly on time. Although we had initially hired her only for tuning, to our surprise, she also offered to clean the piano. Hannah worked tirelessly to clean and tune our piano to the point of exhaustion on my part. She is an authentic professional and thoroughly deserves all the work she can get. Our piano has never sounded better, with both its sound and appearance being equally impressive.
