My approach to massage therapy is integrative, meaning I assess your body to determine the ideal pressure and massage techniques for optimal results. While this may seem unconventional to some, my training and expertise enable me to identify and target the root cause of your discomfort. For instance, your lower back pain may actually stem from your neck and shoulders, and by addressing the underlying tension, I can effectively alleviate your pain. My modalities include deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, sports, and manual lymphatic drainage therapies, and I also specialize in prenatal massage for expectant mothers.
