Laura even informed me via text message that they were running slightly behind schedule, which was a rarity in my experience. Despite only being a little tardy, Laura was a fantastic communicator. The job entailed repairing wood, recaulking, and painting, as well as stripping door hinges, which was unexpected. For continuity, we decided against drilling new holes in the door to accommodate new hinges. They worked efficiently and removed the old paint from the hinges in no time. As an added bonus, they were very accommodating and attempted not to disturb me as I worked from home by speaking softly.
