With over 25 years of experience, I have earned awards for training while working for a prominent gym chain, and am now in my 20th year of home training. Amid the pandemic, I began offering remote training at a discounted rate of 50%. Each session is crafted to fit your unique needs for optimal results. I, too, have personally benefited from weight lifting, having begun to ease back pain stemming from scoliosis.
