I needed to install concrete anchors in a wall to hang my exercise equipment. After reaching out through CrackerJack, Roger replied a few hours later. Despite my delayed response, we eventually settled on a date and he arrived promptly. Roger displayed professionalism and expertise, easily troubleshooting weaknesses in the concrete and positioning the equipment perfectly. He even assisted me with a stuck window. Although Roger and his team have taken on larger projects, he ensured the job was done correctly, albeit not the cheapest option. The work took just under three hours and cost $180. I would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects.
