Lattuca’s Junk and Demo

When we bought a "Fixer Upper," we encountered a property cluttered with both debris and yard waste, reminding us of the Sanford & Son sitcom. Fortunately, we enlisted Lattuca Estate Service through CrackerJack.com, and Andrew responded quickly to our request. Within a few days, Andrew and his team cleared out an area equivalent to half an acre of junk — a task that would have taken us a month to complete! The chaos didn't end there as the inside of the house was in shambles. In just two days, Andrew and his team removed everything right down to the studs, including all the insulation, in addition to filling up a 30-yard dumpster. Their work ethic and speedy progress were awe-inspiring! Punctual, courteous, and professional, Andrew and his team left no doubt that they were there to get the job done. Steve and his partner were exceptional, promptly responding to emails and texts while offering competitive rates. Despite our job changing a few times due to persuading the family to discard excess clutter, they managed to handle it with ease. Their services involved cleaning two separate basements in consecutive days, including an old 10' x 20' side room that had been neglected for years. Steve's team cleared out the junk and thoroughly cleaned the shelves, cobwebs, floors, and ceiling. As a bonus, they neatly stored a plethora of items from another section of the basement into the once neglected side room. We highly recommend Steve and his crew and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Andrew was highly responsive and conducted himself in a professional manner. He demonstrated exemplary patience with regards to our constantly changing schedules.
