I employed Lara to repair numerous hairline cracks in my residence and a few holes in the wall. Initially, their work was impressive. However, towards the end, they became haphazard with their approach. In particular, for a few cracks in the ceiling, they utilized a different color paint to cover them up. When I inquired about this discrepancy, they explained that it was due to the paint needing time to dry. Despite my knowledge that this explanation was incorrect, I chose not to argue. I did not expect the texture to be an exact match, but it was evident that they had not even attempted to blend it in. Yesterday, I visited Home Depot to purchase spackle in the hope of fixing it myself. I suspect the son was responsible for this subpar work as I cannot imagine the older gentleman putting his name to such a shoddy job. There were numerous cracks, but I paid them according to their quote and deserved a satisfactory outcome. While they did try to clean up, it was not enough to mitigate the overall disappointment in their work.
