He and his team work hard and do not shy away from getting their hands dirty, earning their clients' trust. Hugo presents competitive quotes and executes projects flawlessly while also offering clients design ideas and helping them make better decisions. He is graded an A+ in workmanship, communication, effort/drive, trustworthiness, and design ability. Although the cleanup was not terrible, it could have been better, earning a B+. Despite this slight issue, Landscaping Image LLC remains the go-to for the narrator's next project.
