I was charged twice for a 20-minute job to replace a couple of showerheads, and I am unsure if the gasket was replaced because water is still dripping. Despite calling to resolve the issue, I continue to be charged for a poorly done task. On the bright side, the service provider was prompt.
Update: Following multiple calls, Rigo graciously arranged a visit to rectify the issue. I am pleased to report that Rigo is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
