Regrettably, I have to leave this review despite the owner of the company being exceptionally kind. The two gentlemen dispatched to assist us with our move had difficulties communicating with us as they did not speak English. They also arrived 15 minutes late. We were moving from a five-bedroom house to a two-bedroom apartment and decided to leave some of our furniture, including the couch, on the curb. However, instead of helping us move, the gentlemen were more interested in taking pictures of the discarded items and sending them to their friends as freebies. Upon arriving at our new home and unpacking, we noticed that there were a few missing boxes which we believe might have been left on the curb due to the language barrier. We still have not located those boxes. :(
