A combination of functional training, cardio conditioning, interval training, and corrective exercise enables clients to tackle the unique challenges in their daily life. Repetitive movements could result in de-conditioning and muscle imbalances leading to injuries. By using muscle testing and corrective exercise, we ensure your safety and facilitate your success.

I have been working with Liz Frano for years now, meeting in person at the Arena. Initially, I was hesitant when Liz suggested training over Zoom after the gym shut down during the pandemic. However, I gave it a shot and have been extremely satisfied with the convenience and effectiveness of home workouts. Despite being capable of exercising at home before, I rarely did so until Liz implemented structured training sessions. Even at home, Liz still provides the same personalized service and motivation as she does in the gym. The monetary investment was reasonable, consisting of only four resistance bands and an attachment for my door. I already owned some light weights and a mat. Liz creatively finds alternatives for traditional gym equipment, resulting in highly effective workouts.
