The owner promptly contacted me within 15 minutes of my request to confirm the service required. The technician also texted me 2 hours prior to the appointment and informed me of his arrival time. The treatment was completed thoroughly and took about 30 minutes. The technician demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and communicated with my husband regarding any likely issues.
