For more than ten years, I have been working as a personal trainer. My area of expertise lies in fostering long-term strength and conditioning of all muscles, not just the ones that are visible. The personal training provided by Kt is exceptional! The trainer dedicates ample time to train and doesn't assume any prior knowledge about complex workouts. Customized workout plans were specifically designed for me to improve my weaker regions. The primary focus is given to the basics, which is appreciable. Words cannot express my gratitude towards him!

I have a great time working out with Khalib as he is a highly experienced professional with an excellent understanding of the human body. His workouts are well-rounded, consisting of stretches, bodyweight exercises and tendon movements. He guides me through every session, calmly and patiently explaining the benefits of each exercise.
