With over 35 years of experience, I am a seasoned professional dog trainer who specializes in working with all breeds, including rescue dogs and those with behavioral and aggression issues. My training methodology revolves around positive reinforcement and natural techniques that I learned during my formal training program. My services include private lessons, group classes, and a board and train program that is priced based on the level of training required.
The board and train program involves two weeks of boarding and training, followed by a private lesson with the owner once the dog is fully trained. If necessary, the program can be modified to better suit the needs of the dog and owner. I am also available on short notice, and my prices are reasonable, with flexible packages to accommodate the needs of your pet(s). References are available upon request.
Aside from dog training, I am also a Pet First Aid/CPR instructor, offering certification courses to pet owners, animal care facilities, groomers, and training facilities. If you're unsure about what to do during an animal emergency, please don't hesitate to call me for information.

Without a doubt, she is the finest trainer. Her expertise in handling my boy and teaching me the necessary skills to train him was unmatched. My boy used to be very responsive towards other dogs, yelping, barking, and pulling me towards them. He even laid down in front of another dog. Michelle's training methods were absolutely incredible! My wife and I were in a state of anxiety about having our dog trained, especially after another trainer claimed that it would take almost 40 hour-long sessions at a cost of thousands of dollars. Michelle was simply amazing! We rescued a pit bull mix from a shelter in TX and enlisted her help to address its aggressive behavior towards our other dogs.
