Kristoff was amazing! To celebrate my father's 80th birthday, we organized a hybrid virtual and in-person party, and Kristoff kept everyone entertained with his exceptional technological and magical skills. He left everyone asking, "How did he do that?!" whether they were in the same room or on Zoom.
Kristoff was friendly, approachable, and very professional when working with us. However, what impressed us the most was his willingness to learn about my dad, which allowed him to create a personalized experience that captivated us all.
