I hold a National Board of Medical Examiners certification as a Health and Wellness Coach and have over five years of experience in the wellness industry. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Health, Physical Education & Exercise Science, and a Master's in Nutrition from George Mason University. Working with clients who aim to improve their personal health and achieve their goals has been a passion of mine. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and goals, ranging from weight loss coaching to athletic performance, geriatric nutrition to nutrition counseling. My purpose is aimed at empowering women during all stages of their lives, helping them feel strong, lively and well, and promoting their self-care with a combination of lifestyle and wellness coaching.
