After enduring months of discomfort and hobbling around due to a foot injury, I realized that I was in need of assistance. Despite initially seeking counsel from my doctor, my podiatrist was uncooperative, refusing to prescribe physical therapy. So, I turned to Kris, with whom I've been working for five years. Thanks to a handful of personal sessions and Kris's daily exercises, my foot made remarkable progress. My podiatrist even observed the improvement and then, seemingly out of nowhere, moved to prescribe physical therapy, reasoning that several of the exercises Kris had me performing were the same as the ones I'd receive at the therapist.
