Working with KPS was a breeze. They provided an estimate for replacing the drain pump on our washer, and completed the task with professionalism, honesty, and consideration. Furthermore, there were no additional complications during the job, so we paid the quoted estimate. We are satisfied to have the repair completed, and grateful that we did not have to purchase a new washer!

Since November, the built-in wall oven in our home has been out of order, just before the holidays. Despite seeking assistance from the store where we purchased it (Best Buy) and the manufacturer (Samsung) to resolve the CA-2 error code issue, Best Buy refused assistance since we purchased it in 2017. Samsung required us to uninstall the unit before they could make any fixes, as Best Buy had installed it incorrectly. Thankfully, a technician named Israel from KPS Appliance Repairs was able to resolve this challenging issue within three hours. Their service was professional, swift, and reasonably priced. Additionally, the new part also comes with a one-year warranty. We won't have to order takeout for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year; we owe our gratitude to Israel and the entire KPS Appliance Repair team for their excellent customer service. We will undoubtedly call on them again for any future appliance repairs.

At first, my concern was about the ice maker in our refrigerator that was not producing any ice. After examining the issue, Israel discovered that the problem was with a faulty ice pump and promptly ordered a replacement part. The following day, I noticed that both the refrigerator and the bottom freezer were not properly cooling, so I contacted Kristian who immediately dispatched Israel to investigate. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the part responsible for starting the compressor was also defective. Although Israel revisited the appliance and replaced both parts, it was later discovered that the compressor itself was not functioning correctly. Given that the refrigerator was already 16 years old, my decision was made to purchase a new one rather than spend money on repairs. Despite this, I am pleased with the fact that KPS made a genuine effort to solve the issue, even demonstrating exceptional responsiveness in addressing my needs. As a token of gratitude for their persistence, Kristian offered a reasonable price for the time and effort put into the job, and I would highly recommend KPS Appliance for all your repair needs.

Kristian's Appliance Service installed my hanging microwave, despite the challenge of an uneven back wall and misaligned surrounding cabinets. Kris's work was superb, and I was so impressed that I even tipped him $20!

We contacted Kristian to switch our gas cooktop to an induction one which we had recently purchased. Kristian provided us with a very reasonable price quote, was prompt and exhibited professionalism. We will definitely employ his services again if we have to swap our inbuilt oven and other appliances.
