Over the last few years, Kevin has tailored multiple workout plans to fit my needs. He actively listens to my fitness objectives and establishes realistic goals to achieve them. Kevin does not utilize a "one size fits all" approach; instead, he concentrates on meeting my specific requirements. When I initially began working with Kevin, I suffered from shoulder pain that prevented me from performing certain exercises. Kevin advocated for moves to stabilize my muscles before gradually transitioning me back into traditional lifts, which undoubtedly provided relief. After you finish a training program, Kevin will direct you through the appropriate progressions to ensure that you continue to make progress. I highly recommend utilizing KPFIIT!
