For remodeling, renovation, and repair services, we will conduct an in-person inspection to ensure the best possible results. Assembly and installation services can be conveniently booked online, but please note that assembly prices may vary depending on the product model. We will happily confirm the final price once you provide the model number or a picture of the item.

Scheduling Policy: To reserve your appointment, we require a $100 deposit (this amount may vary depending on the type of project). The final payment will be processed upon completion of the work, and all fees will be deducted from the initial deposit. If a specialist fault is the reason for cancellation, no fee will be incurred. Please note that the deposit will expire if the customer doesn't respond for 1 month. Zelle and Venmo are available for deposit payments, but the customer is responsible for all transaction fees.
Cancellation Policy: If your project has a budget of $1000 or less, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the original appointment. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable deposit. For projects with a budget of $1001 or more, cancellation must occur at least 72 hours before the original appointment. If you meet this requirement, we will return half of your deposit.
Payment Policy: To accommodate your preferences, we accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo for the final payment.
Window Policy: All appointments have a 2-hour window for a specialist(s) to arrive. Please wait for the specialist(s) to arrive within the appointment window before contacting our Support Team.
Assembly Policy: Complicated furniture assembly may incur an extra charge, and all parts (boxes) being assembled must be brought to the desired room before the specialists arrive. If you cannot move the parts yourself, we can arrange this for you at an additional cost. Be sure to check your service page (e.g. Treadmill Assembly) for moving prices.
