As a seasoned fitness professional with more than a quarter century of experience, I have spent 23 of those years working as a Division I Strength and Conditioning Coach. My mission is to make a positive impact on people's lives by guiding them one manageable step at a time.

These methods are adaptable to everyone from former athletes to busy executives and busy mothers of two. My particular expertise lies in breaking down complex subjects such as nutrition or strength training into simple, graspable concepts that facilitate results.
As evidence of my qualifications, I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Master Strength & Conditioning Coach (MSCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa).
