My experience as a personal trainer has allowed me to work with an array of clients from various backgrounds, including those with previous injuries, back pain, diabetes, and cancer survivors. I have also had the privilege of working with athletes, marathon runners, and individuals seeking to build muscle mass.

I am well-equipped to guide my clients towards their health and fitness goals. My B.S. in Exercise Science and certification from the American College of Sports Medicine have provided me with valuable knowledge, which I have further refined through working in corporate fitness, small training studios, and running my own personal training business.

I understand that time constraints can prevent individuals from prioritizing their health and fitness. As such, I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate my clients' busy lives. I believe that investing in one's health is the ultimate investment in oneself.

The most fulfilling aspect of my job is witnessing the transformations that my clients achieve. Working with diverse individuals allows me to learn and grow as a trainer, and I am grateful for the opportunity to play a part in helping people attain a healthier and happier lifestyle.
