One of the key takeaways from this review is that you have found one of the best personal trainers in the Bay Area. I've been working with Kolten for years, and we train Monday through Friday without exception. He's truly a badass - constantly working out, competing in American Ninja Warrior, and possessing immense knowledge of physiology. Plus, he's a fun and enjoyable person to train with - I've even failed reps before from laughing at his jokes.
But the most important thing is that he drives results. I've learned so much from Kolten about proper form and progress. By drilling form repeatedly, we were able to address issues that had caused me to plateau in the past. And with Kolten tracking our progress and adjusting workouts to prevent boredom, I feel like I'm making faster progress than ever before.
Kolten's also well-connected in the industry, and he's gotten me on a cleaner nutrition track by referring me to a nutritionist. By designing meal plans with my input, I've found that it's easier to regulate what I eat and achieve my goals.
Overall, I highly recommend Kolten if you're looking for a skilled personal trainer who's both effective and enjoyable to work with.
