In general, it was a fantastic procedure. They arrived at the scheduled time and the owner went a step further by checking in with us after completion to ensure our contentment. Bruce served as our salesman and demonstrated exceptional expertise by thoroughly explaining the various alternatives. Choosing to use the spray foam was the right decision as we have already experienced a significant reduction in our energy expenses, especially now that the weather has gotten warmer.

The team from Koala was exceptional throughout the entire process! The CEO, Clint, diligently worked to acquire my business by thoroughly explaining all of my options and guiding me through each step. On the day of the job, he was present to ensure my satisfaction with their work. Andrew and Steve, the technicians, attentively listened to my concerns and skillfully completed the job while tidying up afterward.
