Koala redid our attic insulation due to animals that had been inside over the years. They suggested removing the old insulation and starting fresh. The quality of their work was impressive, and since our attic access is through a kids' room with small items, they took care to collect everything and cover the furniture to avoid debris. They arrived on time but faced equipment problems, which resulted in the job taking longer and requiring a second day. However, their dedication to completing the job correctly instilled confidence in us. Previously, we used a window AC unit in one of our bedrooms because of the poor insulation, but now we no longer need it, and it is much more comfortable upstairs. We anticipate saving on our electric bills. We highly recommend Koala - no complaints.

Koala redid our attic insulation due to a previous animal infestation. They suggested removing the existing insulation and starting fresh, which we agreed with. We were impressed with the quality of their work. Our attic access was located in a child's room, making it challenging to remove smaller items. Koala took the initiative to collect them and cover the furniture to ensure a clean job site. Although they encountered equipment issues, causing a delay and the need for a return visit, we appreciated their commitment to doing the job correctly.
As a result, our previously poorly insulated bedroom required a window AC unit, but now it is comfortable without it. We anticipate a reduction in our electric bills as a result. In conclusion, we are satisfied with their work and highly recommend Koala.
